Returns.....
Our customer centred approach requires us to meet the absolute satisfaction of our customers. Returns are accepted with a hassle free system, which does not require countless frustrating emails resulting in an unsatisfying solution.
i. Returns will be accepted providing there is a mistake with the order such as lettering issues and faulty items. In this case will correct the order with new products and credit the returns postage to your account.
ii. If items do not fit properly and you need a different size, we will be happy to exchange the item under the following conditions:
* The item is returned to us in perfect condition and the returns postage is paid by you.
* The item does not have a personalized name & number. Hero named items will be accepted back.
* The customer must pay the re-dispatch fee to cover the cost of re-shipping.
