Except for single item orders to France, delivery on all orders is 100% FREE! The price you see is the price you pay. Single item orders to France will incur a £1.00 delivery surcharge. This cost covers the postal insurance on the order.
Delivery to all countries can take between 7-21 working days from the time of payment.
The average delivery time is 12 working days from the time of payment. Please Note: We will not answer emails regarding Order Status if the time passed has not exceeded the 21 days. The situation is out of our control once the package has been dispatched.
We will send you tracking information as soon as the details come back to us from our shipping agent. We usually get the tracking information 2-3 days after the order has been dispatched. In most cases, you can track the status of your package with your local postal company for a more accurate delivery status.
Orders are sent via Registered Airmail to guarantee a quick and safe delivery. All orders require your signature at the time of delivery. Orders are processed and dispatched to you within 48 hours from the time of order.
If items are being returned due to a mistake with the order (e.g. incorrect lettering), we will be happy to credit the cost of the returns postage back to your account. If items are being returned for replacement (e.g. size issues), you will be responsible for the cost of the returns postage and for a re-dispatch fee to cover the re-posting costs.
